CIRT was instrumental in convincing Senate Armed Services Committee chair SEN John Warner that the long-standing promise of continuing health care for all military retirees must be fulfilled.  In conjunction with an immense grass roots campaign, this ultimately led to the legislation that resulted in TriCare for Life.
